Where it all began
In 1996, Rob Harder, the founder and CEO of Impact Homes, saw a need.
Already hard at work with his cabinet making business, Rob heard the same story time and again – new homeowners weren’t happy their building contracts didn’t include everything they expected. The homes they poured their hard-earned money into didn’t look anything like the beautifully finished display homes. And so, joining forces with his friend, Rob set out to change the face of the Australian property industry.
His idea was a simple one, and it took off quickly, with Impact Homes building affordable, full turnkey homes that came with everything included. Nothing left out, no catches, and no more disappointed homeowners.
